TOPIC: A big piece of what Windsor is known for, our culinary scene, is ceasing to exist before our very eyes, with almost half a dozen establishments closing their doors in the past few days alone, and it seems while many are saying lots about it, no one seems to be doing anything. At the beginning of COVID the city and other levels of government trumpeted out business supports, although small business owners will argue they were excluded from most, and regardless of that fact, today is today, and this situation is occurring now. I’m wondering where our local organizations and public figures are, elected and unelected, when it comes to this culinary crisis.
