[Blackburn News – Adelle Loiselle] It’s a question that’s burned in the consciousness of every Windsor resident since the beginning of time, or at least it’s nagged patrons at a downtown cannabis lounge since late last summer.

In a city that prides itself on its pie, who has the best pizza in Windsor?

At the final installment of Pizza Fest at Higher Limits, it came down to four contestants: Cantina, Gino’s, Armando’s and Sam’s.

A Higher Limits co-owner says it was a close competition.

“Very. It was almost an exact three-way split. Everybody came and put on a really good show.”

At the end of the night, the winner was announced, and it was Sam’s Pizzeria on Wyandotte St. W.
