The 2017 Ontario Budget has been released and it contains the word “Windsor” 11 times. I copy & pasted those sections in this blog post. I’ll leave it to the numerous political experts to dive into the budget in terms of what it means for Windsor, the province, education, healthcare, debt, etc. I’m just going to focus on what showed up regarding Windsor. (I downloaded the budget and did a search for “Windsor”).
